Here's how to do so in a few easy steps:
- Log in to your moozoom account here
- Click on the user icon (your name) at the top right
- Select Profile from the drop-down menu
- In the Security section, click Edit next to your current email address
*If you connected via Google or Clever, the Edit button won't appear, and you will not be able to modify your email. - Enter your new email address and current password, then click Send Confirmation Email. Make sure you have not already created an account with this address.
- Without closing the validation code window, go to the inbox of your new email address, and remember the 4-digit validation code
*If you did not receive the email, click Resend Code
7. Enter the validation code in the validation code window
You're done! The email address linked to your account is now updated. You can use this new address to log in, using the same password as before.
